Introducing ROGER365.io UnifAI: Real-Time AI at the Core of Every Customer Conversation

Delft, The Netherlands, 24 June 2026. ROGER365.io today launched ROGER365.io UnifAI™, an AI-native contact center platform that delivers real-time transcription, live call summarisation, and autonomous AI routing inside every voice conversation, from the first second of every call. AI is no longer a post-call add-on: it runs live, in the media layer, on Microsoft Teams Phone infrastructure.

The announcement was made at Commsverse26 at Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, Surrey, UK. The fifth consecutive year ROGER365.io has exhibited at one of the Microsoft Teams community’s most significant annual gatherings.

A New Generation of Contact Center, Built for AI from the Ground Up

ROGER365.io has operated in the Microsoft Teams contact center space since its founding, building a strong reputation with its first-generation platform, ROGER365.io Xtend™, a queue-based, rapid-deployment CCaaS solution that democratised enterprise-grade contact center capabilities for the SMB and corporate markets. ROGER365.io Xtend enrolls in under ten minutes, carries a straightforward per-queue pricing model, and continues to be actively developed and supported.

ROGER365.io UnifAI is fundamentally different. Where the first generation offered AI services on the periphery of a conversation, ROGER365.io UnifAI puts AI at the core of every interaction. Built natively on Microsoft’s Unify integration architecture and powered by Azure Communication Services, the platform has real-time access to the media layer of every call, enabling capabilities that were simply not possible under previous integration models.

What Microsoft Unify Certification Means

ROGER365.io initiated the certification of its Unify-based platform in early summer 2025. In November 2025, ROGER365.io achieved official Microsoft Unify certification, joining a select group of globally certified contact center providers.

Unlike the Extend integration model used by ROGER365.io Xtend, the Unify architecture gives certified solutions direct access to the Teams Phone media layer via Azure Communication Services. This means the platform can deliver real-time AI features during voice conversations, not just before or after a call.

ROGER365.io UnifAI utilises existing Teams Phone licenses and connectivity infrastructure, whether Direct Routing, Operator Connect, or Microsoft Calling Plans. No new PSTN infrastructure is required. Built on Azure Communication Services, the solution sits natively within the Microsoft ecosystem customers already operate.

From Alpha to General Availability

Following Microsoft Unify certification, ROGER365.io selected a group of Alpha field test partners from its top-tier Elite business partners to begin real-world deployments from December 2025. These partners provided direct feedback on product performance, usability, and deployment experience.

On 19 June 2026, during the ROGER365.io Quarterly Global Partner Update, all registered ROGER365.io partners received an invitation to enrol the UnifAI solution into their tenants for testing. As of today, all registered partners are able to deploy and evaluate the platform ahead of commercial launch.

The commercial GTM launch date for ROGER365.io UnifAI is 1 September 2026. Full product and pricing documentation will be published on that date, with partner briefings scheduled in advance.

First Launch Product: The AI-Native Attendant Console

The first product available on the ROGER365.io UnifAI platform is a fully redesigned Attendant Console, also known as a switchboard solution. Designed for SMB organisations deploying one or many agents, the console is priced per user and delivers a widget-based, browser-native interface with AI capabilities running live in every session.

  • AI Attendant Voice Bot - Transfers calls autonomously within the organisation, reducing manual handling and wait times.
  • AI Recording - Every conversation captured securely, natively, without third-party recording infrastructure.
  • AI Transcription - Real-time, accurate transcription of all conversations (including voice) the moment a call begins.
  • AI Call Summarisation - Automated summaries delivered post-call, ready to update CRM, ITSM, or any business system.
  • Widget-Based Interface - Fully customisable, browser-based layout that operators can tailor to their exact workflow.
  • Attendant Console - Transfer, callback request, directory lookup, and presence information for every call handler.

The Attendant Console works alongside existing Microsoft Teams Phone deployments. Organisations do not need to replace any infrastructure. Agents and operators use a modern, fully customisable browser interface, while supervisors retain full visibility and control.

Two Platforms, One Ecosystem

ROGER365.io will continue to invest in and support both platform generations. ROGER365.io Xtend remains a strong fit for organisations prioritising rapid deployment, cost efficiency, and queue-based simplicity. ROGER365.io UnifAI serves organisations that require real-time AI capabilities and a fully omni-channel contact center architecture.

In some cases, both platforms will operate within the same organisation simultaneously, as the combination can represent a more cost-effective approach than migrating all workloads to the new generation at once. Business requirements and budget will guide which generation, or combination, is right for each deployment.
