In contrast, ROGER365.io offers a full omnichannel contact center solution integrated with Teams, including advanced call routing options (skills-based, round-robin, preferred agent), multichannel support (voice, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, social messaging, email), extensive CRM integrations, AI-powered workflows, detailed analytics and reporting (real-time and historical), compliant call recording, supervisor features (monitor, whisper, barge-in), and customizable automations.
