You need Microsoft Teams implemented within your company, and to utilize all voice functionalities you must have Teams Calling implemented. It doesn't matter if you're using Direct Route, Operator Connect or Microsoft Calling plans.
The Queues App provides basic call queuing and routing capabilities designed for small teams handling voice calls collaboratively within Microsoft Teams. In contrast, ROGER365.io offers a full omnichannel contact center solution integrated with Teams, including advanced call routing options (skills-based, round-robin, preferred agent), multichannel support (voice, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, social messaging, email), extensive CRM integrations, AI-powered workflows, detailed analytics and reporting (real-time and historical), compliant call recording, supervisor features (monitor, whisper, barge-in), and customizable automations.
